Although envisioned for ASIA, ARFI has accepted participants from Europe, Canada, Australia, Africa and other parts of the world. It continues to attract participants, mainly from male and female religious congregations and dioceses. With the advent of lay groups, it is also open to lay persons who are being prepared for formation work in their institute.
